How to Apply
The Evening Certificate Program in Project Management provides the skills you need to keep projects on task, on time, and on budget. Our highly interactive program exposes you to all major knowledge areas of project management, building from theory to real-world practices applicable to all industries. Instructors are working professionals and experts in their field who incorporate the newest information and processes into their courses to ensure participants leave with cutting-edge skills. Many of our project management courses apply toward professional development units (pdu) recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The Curriculum
The curriculum consists of six required courses, for a total of 14 semester units and 210 hours of instruction. In addition, you may choose to specialize in Software Project Management.

Electives
Specialization in Software Project Management
This five-course sequence equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage software development projects. The sequence totals 9 semester units and 135 hours of instruction.

Completing Your Program
The minimum time required to complete an Evening Certificate Program in Project Management is one year, though your individual program may take longer due to the fact that not all courses are offered each term, some courses may be canceled, and some courses will fill before you register. You may begin the program in any term.
