eXplore the campus, meet other FPFers, and win Cal One card bucks! Join in the FPF Campus eXcursion on August 25 any time between 1–3pm at ABSW (2515 Hillegass). Groups of 6–10 students will hunt down landmarks and solve riddles around Cal for prizes in this timed event. Form a group when you get here or make one earlier!
Class schedules will be mailed on August 8, provided we have received scores to verify your placement in a Reading and Composition course. You may use BearFacts to update your contact information, but your BearFacts academic profile will not list your FPF schedule and it will not fully reflect your fall semester coursework until April 2009.
Campus Housing offers are still being made. Call Cal Housing Assignments to see where you are on the waitlist or to discuss your options, at (510) 642-4108.
Due to University-wide budget constraints, the Math department has reduced the enrollment size of its lower-division math courses. Unfortunately, this means it is very unlikely that the Math department will be able to accommodate FPF students through Concurrent Enrollment. Enrollment priority in on-campus Math courses is given to currently registered UC Berkeley students. We understand the need to continue studying math during the fall, so please consider enrolling in Math 1B at FPF. If you have questions about which Math course to take, please contact our Student Affairs Officer by e-mail at fallfrosh@unex.berkeley.edu or by phone at (510) 643-0379.
The Fall Program for Freshmen is full and has closed its waitlist. If you are enrolled, official confirmation of your enrollment has been e-mailed to you. If you had a space reserved, but did not submit your Statement of Intent to Register to UC Berkeley by May 1, your FPF reservation was canceled automatically.
