Money affects our minds and emotions, and influences our lives as few other factors can. In relationships, problems around money are significant and it is often rated high on the list of reasons that couples divorce. For individuals it can have a profound influence and can be an ongoing source of anxiety and stress. Lecture, video, case vignettes, guided imagery, and exercises are used to explore the personal and professional dimensions of money.

GEORGE COHEN, LCSW, is a family therapist with 25 years of clinical experience dealing with many issues, including money. He is the author of How to Test and Improve Your Own Mental Health (Prima Publishing, 1998) and has written for many magazines. He has a longtime interest in investing as well as the psychology of money and how it impacts clients and colleagues.NOTE: This class is closed.
