A requirement in the Certificate Program in Project Management

Contract management is an essential part of a project manager's responsibilities. In this course, you learn the purposes and meanings of the provisions of typical project contracts. Various types of contractual arrangements and fee options are examined. The course is applicable to such diverse fields as marketing, manufacturing, software development, product development, architecture, engineering, and construction.

Prerequisite: Project Management X470.
