The course is taught in hybrid format, which combines online and classroom training. There are four classroom sessions and ten online sessions. Topics include management of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement. The course also covers ethics and professional responsibility. Attendance is mandatory.
