Sustainability Leadership—Strategies and Paradigms

Learn the fundamental qualities, attributes and competencies to be an effective sustainability leader. This course teaches you how to determine whether your company is organized in a sustainable manner. It also helps you understand what is required of you as a leader when the demands of declining resources affect your company's bottom line. You learn how to effectively communicate sustainability in your work environments, link green initiatives to cost savings and brand recognition, and engage shareholders and stakeholders in making decisions that move individuals, teams, and companies towards sustainability.
