An elective in the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program in WritingThis course shows you how to find, research, and write articles for print or online publications. You learn how freelancers write stories that sell. With the instructor's help, you come up with a nonfiction story idea, do reporting and interviewing to gather details and quotes, write and revise the article, and submit it to an editor for possible publication. Class participation supplements lectures and writing exercises.
