Learn the basics of strategic marketing in the biopharmaceutical industry, from the classic market planning structure used by many of the "big pharma" companies to conducting strategic marketing with the lean resources typical of Bay Area biotech. Intended for biopharmaceutical professionals seeking to better understand the business side of their industry, this course also benefits those with commercial operations experience who want to move into a strategic marketing or new product planning role in a biopharmaceutical company.
