MARK SMALLWOOD, B.A., has 25 years of experience in software business, in marketing, communications, and management, with concentrations in database technology, developer productivity tools, enterprise applications, and network security. Smallwood's success in working with highly technical markets can be traced to his skills in strategy, communication, and creative thinking. He has held individual contributor positions at Oracle, Unisys, Siebel Systems, and Borland Software, management and executive positions at Juniper Networks and Embarcadero Technologies, and has consulted with a number of companies, including Intuit, LSI Logic, Aspect, and Yahoo!
