Business Communication That Gets Results
(0.6 ceu)
This workshop provides practical techniques and strategies for writing business communications that get results. Students learn how to communicate more clearly, work more productively, and improve the quality of e-mails, memos, letters, and other documents by identifying readers’ needs, interests and concerns. Students learn to clarify their purpose and main point, determine what information to include and organize it logically, using clear and concise language that presents a professional image. Students apply techniques by planning, writing, and editing their own business communications with one-to-one guidance from the instructor.
