X449 (2 semester units in Business Administration)

This marketing class focuses on creating and delivering value to customers in the business to business sector. You learn how to develop sources of strategic value including bundled services offerings, partnerships, promotions and pricing incentives, end-to-end solutions, and distribution channels. You also learn how to manage customer requirements and marketing strategy in a rapidly changing global environment, especially as product lifecycles shorten and competition increases. On successful completion of this course, students will:
