Explore management tools designed to use the collective knowledge and experience of a team or organization. These tools help people organize, think, communicate, build consensus, evaluate, make group decisions, and implement change. They are drawn from various disciplines, including project management, quality control, knowledge management, team building and facilitation, leadership, ethical analysis, and performance management. Particular attention is placed on the experiential application of these tools. This course is designed to meet the needs of those who manage and lead their teams or organizations.
