JULIE BARRON, B.F.A., is a principal at Environmental Design in Oakland. Barron's firm does space planning, project management, construction administration, and environmental consulting. The firm's client list includes Union Bank, Travelers Insurance Group, LCB Commercial Brokers, Oakland Tribune Project, City of San Jose, Kaiser Permanente, and UC Berkeley. She is a member of IFMA and the Oakland Chamber of Commerce.
