She has extensive experience developing strategic initiatives with clients to implement enterprise project solutions. Smith, a graduate of UC Berkeley, holds project management professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is a certified knowledge manager (CKM). Her expertise is in designing knowledge management and project management systems to manage business flow, processes, and procedures, with special focus on developing business rules and documentation for implementation and dissemination.
