DEANN SMITH, B.A., PMP, CKM, provides project and knowledge management consulting and training to the semiconductor and high-tech industries. She has extensive experience developing strategic initiatives with clients to implement enterprise project solutions. Smith, a graduate of UC Berkeley, holds project management professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is a certified knowledge manager (CKM). Her expertise is in designing knowledge management and project management systems to manage business flow, processes, and procedures, with special focus on developing business rules and documentation for implementation and dissemination. She develops courseware for project management, knowledge management, project management software applications, and industry-specific software applications.NOTE: This class is closed.
