Visual Dynamics
X401 (2 semester units in Art)
This course explores the dynamics of aesthetic expression, perception, and process through an interdisciplinary study. You are introduced to the essential principles of visual design and composition, narrative, and conceptual intent that will inform and enrich your artistic practice. Course projects investigate form/content issues and problem-solving strategies, covering a range of tools and media in representational, abstract, and conceptual contexts.
