One-Day Portfolio Workshop
(0.5 ceu)
This one-day workshop is a catalyst to begin your portfolio or refine your existing portfolio. The importance of a compelling portfolio cannot be emphasized enough. In this course, you discover the basics of designing and organizing your portfolio, selecting the best size format, and choosing the most appropriate graphic reproduction technique. Students review a collection of real portfolios and learn the relative merits and faults of each. Choice of materials, graphic design, and portfolio cover are discussed. Students will want to bring their existing portfolios to class for an evaluation.
